Privacy Policy

ClaimPod is an early-access product operated by UAB “Baium Software”. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the two forms on this site, why we process it, and the rights you have under the GDPR.

Who we are (data controller)

ClaimPod is operated by UAB “Baium Software”, a company registered in Lithuania (company code 307672466), with its registered office at Avižų g. 1-25, LT-08435 Vilnius, Lithuania. For the personal data described here, we act as the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Lithuanian Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data.

For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact us at hello@claimpod.dev.

What we collect

When you request demo access, we collect your name, work email, organization, and organization type, and (if you choose to share them) your job title and use case.

When you join our newsletter, we collect your email address, and (if you choose to share it) a note about what interests you.

This website does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. When you submit a form, we briefly check where the request came from to block spam. We don't store that signal or link it to your submission.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We only process your personal data for specific purposes, each with a legal basis under GDPR Article 6:

  • Reviewing and setting up your demo and contacting you about it: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in evaluating demo requests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Sending product updates and early-access notifications if you joined the newsletter: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Preventing abuse of our forms: our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not sell your information, share it for third-party marketing, or add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Who we share it with

We share your data only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions. Today that means our email delivery provider, which sends the messages you receive from us.

This page loads a font from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to fetch it. That is covered by Google's privacy policy. We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so.

International transfers

We aim to keep personal data within the European Economic Area (EEA). Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, we rely on an EU adequacy decision or on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, together with appropriate safeguards, to protect your data.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests and newsletter entries for as long as they are relevant to launching and operating ClaimPod's early-access program. If your demo request is declined, if you unsubscribe, or if you ask to be removed, we delete your entry (except where we must retain limited records to meet a legal obligation).

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected (rectification);
  • have your data deleted (erasure);
  • restrict or object to how we process it;
  • receive your data in a portable format (data portability); and
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these, email hello@claimpod.dev and we'll respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian supervisory authority, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, L. Sapiegos g. 17, Vilnius, vdai.lrv.lt).

How we protect it

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices to protect the data you submit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep the information you share safe and to limit who can access it.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and revise the date below. Significant changes will be highlighted here.
